Gegroeid in de weelderige plantages van de Sidamo-regio in het zuiden van Ethiopië – de bakermat van koffie – bloeit deze Arabica onder de schaduw van bomen, gevoed door de hoogte en de natuurlijke vochtigheid van het terroir. Het resultaat is een zachte en verfijnde koffie, verrijkt met delicate citrusnoten, een subtiele aciditeit en een opmerkelijke aromatische afdronk.
